To ensure this, we have a dedicated and accessible point of contact for any safeguarding or welfare matters: our Child Welfare Officer, Gemma Quilter. Gemma is the first person to reach out to for any concerns, big or small. She is trained to handle sensitive situations with discretion and the utmost care, ensuring the well-being of our players is always at the forefront.
